A charming and comfortable, light, airy house within walking distance of Bonnieux - a picturesque village in the heart of the Luberon with restaurants, cafes, shops and a lively weekly market.

The house comprises a living room, dining room, study area, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 4 WCs. There is a terrace with a Weber gas BBQ and a pool (in summer 11m X 5m) with pool house, gardens and an extensive parking area.
On the ground floor there is large living room with fireplace and TV, an office area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom (bed 160cm) with an ensuite with shower and toilet. Below is a utility room with extra equipment. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor near the entrance.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a shower ensuite and bed(160cm), another one (bed sizes 160cm) with a bathroom ( bath with shower). There is also a separate toilet on the landing.
The views of the cedar forest and valley are magnificent from the terraces and rooms.
On the ground floor all three main rooms have French doors opening onto both sunny and shaded terraces overlooking the pool and gardens, furnished with comfortable loungers and outside dining table and chairs.
The house is located is a beautiful, green and peaceful environment, near the village. To walk (passing the beautiful old church and lovely valley views) takes approximately 15 minutes accessing the cafes and bars and shops without driving.
The rental rate includes bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, change of linen every week in case of more than one week rental.
The final cleaning is also included but we ask you to throw the rubbish and leave the house in an acceptable state of cleanliness.
Cot and baby chair are available on request.
