Summary: The buffet breakfast was excellent and the cappuccino was to, from a proper machine at the bar.The 2 owner brothers were approachable and answered any questions that we had and overall the hotel was more like a 3 star than a 1 and good value. Also the AC in our triple room was great and the shower was quite powerful. The hotel was a bit far from Venice but great bus and train links nearby and majority of customers had cars as the hotel has secure garage parking. We rate this hotel 5 stars as our family of 3 enjoyed our 6 nights.

Summary: It was a great small hotel in a charming small town Dolo. Perfect 1 night stay from where we easily got to Venice for our afternoon visit.

Summary: Small, family owned hotel in the heart of Dolo. Owners are nice, friendly gentlemen willing to answer any questions and provide recommendations. Close to Venice - about 30 minute drive. Great restaurant, San Cristo, right across the street. Parking garage was a plys and breakfast included fresh cut fruit.
