The house is located at 1,5km (~1 mile) from the Adriatic Sea and 12km (7,5miles) away from the 'Ionio' beach.
This is a very comfortable house with two big rooms, a wide dinning room, a nice backyard with it's own table and chairs to even have the chance to have your outside meals, and an outside shower.
The house is pretty spacious and functional with it's wide garden, real comfort, quiet location and reduced prices in ratio of the number of people and lenght of your stay.
