Positive: The apartment is in a beautiful location , with an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VIEW(It’s even better than the pictures!). The parking lot is spacious and always had space when we were present. The apartment is in a beautiful gated community, so quite safe. There are a few restaurants nearby and it’s quite close to the heart of St.Maxime. It’s a 20 minute boat ride away from St.Tropez The apartment was spotless and quite comfortable. The balcony was great , overlooking the beach with patio furniture so you could enjoy the view with your dinner.

Negative: A few things that I consider as basic amenities were missing - - No wardrobes or even hooks to hang up any clothing or coats. When asked, we were told that we could store the clothes in the in-built storage beneath the bed where the vacuum cleaner and mop were stored which really was not feasible or hygienic. - Basic amenities were missing - hand wash soap and dish wash soap, any kind of oven mitts or kitchen clothes, trash bags. While its ok to expect guests to bring toiletries like shower gel, shampoos etc, usually no one travels with oven mitts, hand soap, dishwashing soap etc. - No WiFi (NOTE - The property is listed as not having WiFi) - I think this needs to be highlighted as you also might no have phone service there or very poor service. This really causes issues as you need to leave the property to get any connectivity.

Summary: Great location and view. No WiFi and missing some basic amenities.
