Summary: The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately room was a little dirty, hair and dirt on the floor and old wine spot stains not cleaned properly. We had a double bed and open sofa bed, but this blocked the entrance to the bathroom and we had to squeeze through the gap which was a nuisance. Decent array of breakfast but the hard boiled egg machine did not have enough water so eggs were not cooked. Dining room looks lovely but doors inside are broken and falling apart. Pool/ Jacuzzi area is nice but in need of some repairs but unfortunately due to close from late August.
