We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to rent our large apartment. Spread over two floors, fully renovated in 2016 and situated on the top floor of the residence “Les Lauzieres”, this apartment offers one of the most amazing views of the mountains and skiing area.
The apartment is 80 square metres in size and only 50 metres away from the sports and shopping centre. It accommodates 10 people in a quiet, guarded and safe residence right in the heart of Val Thorens. The fantastic location allows you to ski right up to the apartment entrance.
All beds will be freshly made ready to welcome you. Clean shower/bath towels for each of you are provided along with a kitchen towel set.
Upstairs you will find 4 double bedrooms. Two equipped with wardrobes, one with a closet. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with 160x200 size beds and one with a 140x190 bed. There is an additional bedroom with a bunk bed 80x190, perfect for children or adults alike. Extra wardrobe and storage space is integrated into the hallway area. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one with bath and toilet, and the other with shower.
Downstairs in the entrance corridor there is another toilet and a ski shoes closet. The lower floor consists of a large living/dining room with a big corner sofa, coffee table, stools, dinner table, kitchen area and a balcony.

This is a no smoking apartment but smoking is permitted on the balcony. Pets are not allowed and there is no access for someone with reduced mobility.
