Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: good position to reach every part of paris and close to metro stations. the price is good considering the location. Check-in and check-out are conveniently done independently via an app.

Negative: There are many things to note, in order: There's a very strong unpleasant odor in the entrance hallway; the spiral stairs to the fifth floor are difficult to navigate. It's doable with a small suitcase, but impossible with a slightly larger one. Even if you have mobility issues, it's tiring. Upon entering the apartment, there are also many problems, one of which is the dirt. We washed everything before using it, always used the same things (plates, forks, etc.), and slept with a towel (brought from home) on our pillows. The bed sinks on both sides, and it seems narrow but long, but it's actually short; at 1.60 cm, your feet stick out. An unpleasant smell also comes from the bathroom, near the boiler/sink; the boiler also makes noise at night. Another thing, though minor in comparison, is that the apartment is on a slope, but you can walk over it. The area is noisy because it's very lively at night, and the curtains don't completely block out the light. We stayed for 8 nights, so I'm not saying it's unfeasible, but you have to be very adaptable.
