The south side, set in a classic and elegant context, is sunny from morning until mid-afternoon and overlooks the carefully maintained garden and the entrance to the villa Les Palmiers; on the north/west side, the apartment is actually on the third floor (the building being built on a slight slope), it is well lit throughout the day and offers a magnificent view of the hills, ideal for admiring the sunset.
The Les Grands Cèdres residence is surrounded by the lush greenery of the Bas Fabron residential area, combining the tranquility of hillside neighborhoods with the amenities of the city. The beach is mostly free; otherwise, for more comfort, there are two private beaches nearby, which also host trendy parties (notably Les Canailles beach). Instead, heading upwards, you will discover the magnificent Jardin d'Indochine adjacent to the residence, the Museum of Naïve Art, the Carole de Roumanie Park (ideal for children and family picnics), and the Roseland Abbey, not forgetting Villa Les Palmiers itself (also known as "Marble Palace"), which is definitely worth a visit.
