Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 22 square meters apartment in Sainte-Maxime, 20 minutes by car from Saint-Tropez. Ideally located close to the beach and the casino, you can enjoy a popular seaside resort in summer and stroll through the narrow streets of the old city. You will find many shops, restaurants and bars along the sea. The studio can accommodate 2 travellers. Very good stay :) ## Logement The studio is brand new and is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen area to relax after an intense day at the sea. The apartment has a BALCON overlooking the residence's swimming pool, which will be very appreciated in summer. In addition, you will be able to take advantage of a parking lot. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay. Television (no wifi), clothesline, parasol for the terrace, fan, 2 lamps on foot. The sofa is an IKEA sofa / bed that opens in 2 parts. 1 radiator (living room) and 1 towel warmer (bathroom) with ON/OFF button. The instructions for use are in the TV cabinet. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and reach Saint-Tropez! The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler. ## Emplacement At the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, Saint-Maxime is a famous French city.
