Closer to the landscape of the Langhe wine-Roero and Monferrato. Comfortable and charming country house in quiet location, on a hill 750 meters above the sea level, surrounded by a garden with panoramic views of the Langhe and the Alps. The house is on two floors and is cozy and warm with antique furniture. On the ground floor there is a nice kitchen with a table for 6/8 people, a dining room with wood-burning oven for pizza, a TV lounge area with fireplace, a bathroom with toilet and sink, a large living room with three sofas that surround a big stone fireplace. There are also two storage rooms and a wine cellar. All ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden. Upstairs four bedrooms all with panoramic views, each with its own bathroom with shower and / or bath. Two portable cribs for babies. From the garden you enter the fifth bedroom with bathroom that you can consider a small dependance. The portion of the garden in front of the house is equipped with outdoor furniture and bbq.
