Newly built apartment in the San Martino district, in the immediate vicinity of the hospital emergency room, with the possibility of parking a car. My recently tidied house is furnished with new furniture and is located on the third floor of a modern building. It consists of an entrance with living area, where the TV is positioned and a very comfortable sofa bed with a double mattress, 18 cm high, which can accommodate two people. The kitchen, very spacious, has a comfortable balcony and is equipped with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, traditional ventilated oven, induction hob with four cooking zones, coffee maker and kettle. The bedroom has a traditional double bed with a six-door wardrobe and a latest generation air conditioner. Inside it you will find an axis, an iron and a clothesline. The bathroom, complete, has a bathtub and small and medium towels, phones and all the products necessary for personal hygiene such as bubble bath and shampoo are available. For long stay periods (over 7 days) it is possible to use the washing machine. The house is equipped with central heating, hot and cold water, ultra-fast internet connection via optical fiber. Care must be taken not to use certain electrical appliances at the same time to avoid overloading. Near the house it is allowed to enter a condominium area where, depending on availability, it is possible to park the car. Both my wife and Donatella will be available on (Hidden by Airbnb), phone or email for every need. Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00. Check out from 08:00 to 10:00.
