Positive: The domaine is a large home converted to a small hotel with 7 rooms. The grounds are beautiful, the room was comfortable, breakfast was easy, and the gym is well-furnished with equipment and plentiful space. Location close to Gassin is nice

Negative: Upon check-in, they position it as a ‘private club’ of sorts, which has no clear meaning. It is evident that the renovation/conversion of the building into a hotel has not been fully finished. The pool area is a bit frightening. It’s not clean; the old bar area at the pool should be condemned. The gym has no water and towels were sparse. The hotel/staff needs a real manager visible and guiding the operation. For over 1000€/night, it’s inappropriate to make guests pay for this phase of development. It has potential, but it’s not there yet.
