From the terrace you have a direct view of the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. The house is habitable all year round. On the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace or the front garden from the individual rooms, there is the kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with 4 freezer compartments, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, gas stove) with adjoining dining room, living room (TV, DVD, CD player) , Toilet with guest shower and a study. In the 1st Floor are 3 bedrooms (150x200, 90x200 and pull-out on double bed and 1 children's room with 90x200 and 120x200), bathroom and separate toilet. In the garage you will find a washing machine and dryer. The house has a WiFi connection and you will find radiators in all rooms.
In summer you can enjoy the sun, sea and southern French flair. The Mediterranean Sea is only about 20 minutes away by car, even in high season, on the beaches.
