Our spacious and bright Studio is located in the heart of Cannes.
For your comfortable rest there are one double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people.
Separate shower and a toilet with a window.
Set of towels and bed linen are included into the price.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking.
There are pans, large pot, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso), fridge-freezer, electric stove, microwave.
Also you can use a washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
At your service are also free/fast Wi-Fi and digital TV (more than 100 channels in different languages) + Netflix.
On the balcony you can comfortably sit at the table with a glass of wine, admiring the panoramic view of the Old Town.

》1-2 minutes walk - plage du Midi (beach), restaurants, shops, attractions, Mistral Square with a children’s playground (note: for your baby we have a folding bed and a dining chair).
》Within walking distance - the famous food market Marché Forville, Old Port, Promenade de la Croisette, Palace of Festivals and Conferences, Gare de Cannes train station.
》Near the house, there is a grocery store.
Shopping:
One of the main shopping streets of the old town is Rue Meynadier. It goes by the famous market Marché Forville - a gastronomic paradise for gourmets. Here in this market, you can have a breakfast and lunch. On the street Rue d’Antibes, there are many designer boutiques and the most famous brands.
Restaurants:
Three minutes walk from the apartment, on a narrow street Rue du Suquet, there is an astronomical number of restaurants for different taste (including 5 restaurants with Michelin stars). Breakfast and snacks are available in cafes and restaurants on the plage Boulevard du Midi Louise Moreau.
》Gare SNCF de Cannes (train station) is in a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment or a few minutes by bus.
》The bus stop “Le Riou” is 100 meters from the house.
》Port de Cannes is located 600 meters from the house, from the port you can reach Ile de Lérin and Saint-Tropez by sea.
