Summary: The hotel insisted on charging me 10% more for my stay then stated in by booking confirmation from hotels.com, stating this was "commission" they had to pay to expedia. And this on top of fact that hotels.com rate was already 3 euro more per night than their standard rack rate for a single room (quoted on notice above reception desk as 87 euros). As they would not budge I said I would complain through hotels.com on my return. Either the hotel or your site are ripping me off and I will report this on social media once I've found out which of you it was. Please respond.
