Located in Menton Garavan, we offer you a very spacious and bright top floor apartment (penthouse) with three bedrooms and stunning sea views, impeccably presented with brand new furniture and tastefully decorated.
The 149 m2 apartment is located on the fourth floor of a luxurious, quiet and safe building with elevator (built in 2015) surrounded by elegant and well-kept gardens with exotic plants and citrus trees. There is a modern solarium terrace with an 8 x 4 meter infinity pool where you can spend pleasant and relaxing moments.
This delightful apartment consists of three double bedrooms both with private bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with a shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large double-door American fridge and freezer, microwave, electric oven, hob and washing machine. The living room is furnished with two comfortable pull-out double sofa beds, an extendable dining table (8/10 seats), TV with USB input and satellite receiver. On the outdoor terrace there is another large table with comfortable chairs (6 seats) for unforgettable outdoor dining experiences with extraordinary views.
The four-room apartment is located in a strategic position, safely away from traffic, but still close to the sea. It is close to all types of services (train station, pharmacy, newsagent, supermarket, doctor's office, post office, bakery, bar) and the main attractions. For example, after just ten minutes walking above the building, along Boulevard de Garavan, you will find yourself in a splendid park of centuries-old olive trees overlooking the sea. The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the Menton Garavan train station and a little further on is the beach.
We provide all bed linen and towels (one set of bed linen for two people per week and one set of towels per person per week). Free parking is available just 100 meters from the building. A private garage kept inside the structure is also available at an additional cost of €10.00 per day (including the day of arrival).
The apartment can accommodate up to 8-10 people and we accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday, in the low season (May-September) in the low season we accept bookings for a minimum of 2 days.
