We offer, in Chauzon, in the heart of Ardeche, this charming luminous house of a surface of 72 m² and being able to accomodate until 7 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 31 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate toilets. Linen and towels extra, we're waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows :

On the first floor :
- A space under a stone vault of 25 m² serving as an entrance is arranged for moments of rest in the cool and will also serve as a local bikes.
-A separate laundry room (with washing machine, sink).
- A stone staircase leading to the terrace and the second floor.

On the first floor :
- A living room of 31 m², with a 3-seater sofa, an armchair plus coffee table and a dining area with a wooden table, 6 chairs and stool.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Room 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 2 : a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 : a sloping room with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4 : a small room in the basement with a single bed (90x190)
- A bathroom with shower and washbasin
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fans, barbecue.

Outside :
A terrace on the second floor of 20 m² exposed to the East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days (a large table and 6 chairs, sunbeds and a large parasol).
This house dating from 1830 is ideally located in a pleasant, authentic and quiet environment, in the heart of a village of character.

The river Ardèche with swimming places is at 10 minutes walking distance.
You will find nearby the essential shops and also in the town of Ruoms located at 5 kms, stores, restaurants, bars, market.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free in the parking lot near the accommodation.
Another parking lot is located at the entrance of the village.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Animals are not allowed in the house

- Please respect the neighborhood, no parties or noise pollution
- Garbage cans : please follow the sorting instructions. A compost bin is available on the parking lot of the small square.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a clean and tidy condition and for cleaning the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A fixed price supplement may be requested. Independent entry is possible with the agreement of the Conciergerie Ardéchoise.
