Summary: The room and grounds were beautiful and very relaxing. Some of the staff were very attentive and some less so. I was disappointed with the spa and my treatment, the spa itself is in a lovely setting however the hour for relaxing doesn’t feel long enough especially in the low season, guests should be given more time when the facility is not being used so frequently. The service comes at an extra cost therefore I wouldn’t expect it to feel rushed but also not to be charged when we have paid for treatments. I would have appreciated front of house to advise the treatments would be in a shared room, I could not relax during my facial due to my partner having a message and salt scrub next to me, the facial itself was lovely but I would not have booked had I known. I enjoyed the pool and bar during the day and the location is ideal with a car, you can visit Fasano, Monopoli and many other beautiful towns and beaches.
