Villa L'Estacade is ideally situated with a seaside location, near the red rocks of the coast, with a 180° panoramic view, a private pontoon, near the rocky inlets of the Esterel for unforgettable swimming, direct access to the Port-Ferrol marina (ask us), a 12x4-m reflecting pool in a garden planted with pines and green oaks, and pepper plants. Nearby attractions: La Gaillarde beach (500 m), accessible by foot, leisure activities including tennis, golf, diving, sailing, jet-ski, and hiking, businesses close by. The coastal trail passes the front door of the house. It has all the ingredients of your dream vacation, between swimming and discovering the sea, sport, leisure, walks, and good food. Inside the house, aside from the living/dining room with direct access to the large 100-m2 south-facing terrace, you'll have 7 separate bedrooms (4 2-person beds, a bunk bed, and two single beds), well-served by 4 shower rooms and 4 toilets, one of which is separate. The open-plan kitchen is well decorated, fully equipped, and very functional and social. The dining table seats 8-10 people (additional table for up to 12 people), with outdoor tables and chairs for up to 10 people. This has been our family's vacation home since 1956, was entirely renovated in 2008, and is warm and inviting. It is ideal for 2 or 3 couples with kids and a nanny. The pool is protected by barriers, a gate, and a rolling shutter. The pool can be heated. The garden and the terrace offer all the comfort you could want: an outdoor salon, recliners, parasols, outdoor tables, barbecue, ping-pong table, and hammock.
