The house is on one level on a closed and planted plot of 750m2, it consists of:
- A large room with dining room and living room with fireplace, TV armchairs and sofa, double north-south exposure
- A fully equipped semi-open kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, electric kettle)
- A shower room and a bathroom with 2 WCs (with washing machine)
- 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed (140) and one bedroom (for children) with 2x2 bunk beds (4 single beds)
- 2 terraces, the first facing south and bathed in sunshine, the second to the north and shaded by pines (ideal for taking meals on hot days) with each table and chairs. Also available sun loungers, parasol, hammocks and a barbecue.
Note, the house is not suitable for a group of more than 6 adults, but is ideal for 2 to 3 families.
