Positive: The history of the location and the dedication of the staff, from cleaning duties or breakfast. They noted my wife favourite hot drink and kept bringing every day for us in the room

Negative: We didn’t know it was off season, so we couldn’t eat at night in their restaurant but they still have room service so we’re gonna come back next time to enjoy even that part
