In the quiet neighborhood of Beaucours-la Cride, 5 minutes walk from Beaucours beach and 15 minutes from Portissol, you will find our villa, rather contemporary, with half-levels, very clear, facing south , comfortable with freshly redone paintings and floors (stone and parquet) with 5 bedrooms including an independent outside.
Our house, located in a quiet place, is for vacationers looking for peace and quiet. If you like to party in the evening or shout in the pool all day, it is unfortunately not for you! We are concerned about the respect of the tranquility of our neighborhood and do not wish remonstrances from him.
We enter the house through an open entrance that leads directly into the large living room-kitchen, itself having access to the terrace and pool by a sliding bay of 6 m. The kitchen with island, very well equipped is completed with a cellar with washing machine, tumble-dryer and numerous tidying up. There is also a fireplace with a through view in this room.

A terrace in ipé at the level of the parental room can accommodate the dining area with a large granite table.
The garden, against low, is decorated with a small bowling alley with 3 beds sunbathing. At the back of the villa, a stone terrace, a grass area with plantations allows you to enjoy a little more shade.
