Positive: This is a newly decorated, very quiet unit in a large apartment complex.The owner, Jean-Christophe(?), who meets you at the curb and gives a thorough orientation, is delightful! Such a happy guy and very accommodating. We were hoping for an early check-in, and it also worked for him that day, so no problem! Wish we could have gotten to know him better! This was the perfect place for us to unwind at the end of a long Mediterranean vacation. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette for snacks, and the balcony for an aperitif. The unit is located abt a 6 minute walk slightly downhill to a main street with a grocery store, bakery, restaurants and the tram! (Tram is €1.70 pp to Old Town.) Walking one more minute gets you to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais! We walked the entire length to the Old Town, with short stops at a beachside bistro and the iconic Le Negresco Hotel. Worth it! Both nights, we ended up calling Uber to get back “home” as it was easier than trying to locate a tram stop in Old Town, and then walking in the dark from the tram to the unit. (Uber from Old Town: €10.96) We would definitely stay here again.
