Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The door access codes were super technologically advanced and the staff and housekeeper were very helpful when we had issues opening the door with the code provided.

Negative: The access code to our apartment was very sensitive and it took us a good 30 minutes to talk with the staff member and reset the access code in order to get in when we arrived. That was a frustrating process, especially after a long travel day.

Summary: Besides the door access issue, we very much enjoyed the luxurious, stylish, and central apartment.
