space ideal for a group of 10-14 people. One of the villa’s exquisite amenities includes a gorgeous
overflowing heated swimming pool with jacuzzi in a private setting surrounded by a beautiful green
garden with petanque court. The villa offers ultimate luxurious comfort and is equipped with 5
bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, plenty of closet space, air conditioning, a laundry facility, TV sets in each
room with local and international channels?), WIFI, 2 balneotherapy bathtubs for relaxing moments,
a game room which includes video games, beamer, tabletop football game, etc floor heating system
if required, and many more. The villa has an excellent noise insulation.
The three leveled villa consists of:
3 rd top floor:
Room 1 - double bed/queen size 160x200 cm, connected TV, and beautiful sea view.
Room 2– 2 single beds 160x200 cm (possible to join them into one bed), connected TV, and beautiful
sea view.
Bathroom with shower and balneotherapy bathtub.
Separate WC.
Main floor (2 nd floor):
Spacious living room facing the sea, equipped with TV and DVD/Bluray
Room 3 – master bedroom with double bed/queen size 160x200 cm, in suite bathroom (with shower
and balneotherapy bathtub), private balcony and connected TV.
Large kitchen fully equipped connected with the living room and dining area (Nespresso, toaster,
mixers, etc…)

First floor:
Room 4 – 1 double/queen size bed 160x200 cm, connected TV, and direct access to the garden.

Outdoor Garden/Pool area:
The 2500 m2 (nearly 27 000 square foot) garden is a fantastic heaven providing a peaceful, relaxing
and private environment and access to an amazing heated swimming pool (9 x 6 m) with a Jacuzzi
and waterfalls, a large garden sitting area, spacious to organize events and set large tables. Other
outdoor amenities include a petanque court, ping pong and an authentic wood grill. The swimming
pool is cleaned on a weekly basis and secured for children by an electronic alarm. All of this of
course with a beautiful sea view.
Per your request, the swimming pool and Jacuzzi can be heated all year round.
Bed linens and towels are provided at no extra cost and housecleaning service is provided at the end
of your stay for 300 euros.
Location: Saint Trop Golf, 5 minutes from beaches, 10 minutes from Sante-Maxime, 25 minutes from
Saint-Tropez with a boat bus, 60 minutes from Nice, 50 minutes from Cannes. Grimaud, Ramatuelle,
Pampelonne and its beaches are easily accessible from Issambres. You may also visit the charming
authentic villages in the “arrière-pays”.
