Completely independent, the cottage is located near the owners' house.
To get to it ?
The cottage is located 400 meters from the small village of Saint-Marsal, on the heights of Céret (25km) and Amélie-les-Bains (21km).
In the village, a very welcoming and well stocked grocery/bakery.
On the catering side, two hostels with terrace for a drink or a meal.

This elegant single-storey house overlooks a park of 7500m2 raised and flowered.
Completely restored with taste, the decoration is warm and neat.
With a capacity of 6 people, the cottage has a large living-room of 75m2, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining-room with wood insert and a lounge (flat screen TV and stereo system).
Outside, a bioclimatic terrace of 45m2 where are the dining area, the garden furniture, and the spa with deckchairs.
