Located in the elegant Hôtel de Turgot, on the famous Place du Vieux Marché, in the heart of Rouen, this bright and cosy one-bedroom apartment welcomes you on the third and top floor of a peaceful courtyard. Facing south-west, the apartment is bathed in natural light and has a pleasant living room with a sofa, coffee table and television opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. You will find all the necessary appliances to make your stay easier: microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook at home.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with storage space, and the bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and toilet.

We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. Please note that the building does not have a lift and the apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. Therefore, people with reduced mobility may have difficulty accessing the property.
Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. They are from 4pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). All guests are provided with linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with a kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel change, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
