A 65 m² open-plan kitchen, living and dining area — the heart of the house, built for big shared meals.

The standout feature: a heated indoor pool accessible whatever the weather. Lined with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the adjoining terrace in summer, where you can stretch out on sun loungers and breathe it all in.

Outside: a children's play area, ping-pong and a barbecue for summer evenings. Inside: a kids' games corner, foosball and a statement fireplace.
