This enchanting 3HA site, perched on Mont Angèle, is located in St Ferréol Trente Pas, in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales nature park and lavender fields. Here, you'll enjoy absolute peace, the song of the spring, the cicadas and the stream, the scent of thyme and rosemary, the pleasure of exploring the whole region, and the marvellous signposted hiking trails.
The farmhouse has retained its original character, but we've added modern comforts. On the garden level, a large vaulted room houses an ultra-equipped kitchen (1 large cooking hob, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 dishwashers), various appliances for cooking enthusiasts and a very large dining table.
1st floor: period living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms (160x200 and 140x180), shower room/wc + separate wc.
2nd floor: 3 attic bedrooms, including 1 master suite (160x200) with ensuite bathroom/wc, 1 bedroom (160x200) with crib, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), 1 sofa-bed, shower room/wc. Bed linen and towels included. A washing machine is available. Free wifi access.
Outside: an old-fashioned spring-fed washhouse, a large table in the shade of a planted arbor, a bread oven, and terraces for everyone's peace and quiet. The swimming pool is private and double-secured, heated from May to the end of September. Toilets, solar shower and ample parking. An electric recharging point is available in front of the town hall.
Nearby hiking trails, bike rentals, Provencal markets (Nyons, Dieulefit, Vaison-la R Buis les Baronnies, Grignan). At Pain d'Epi, in the village of Les Pilles, enjoy delicious organic breads and local produce.
