The single-storey house is laid out as follows:

- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (2 single beds 90 cm x 190 cm) and a single sofa bed that converts into a double bed when unfolded.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine and hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.
Outside:
- Large private garden of 273 m² surrounding the house. The main plot in front of the house faces north-west and is equipped with 2 dining tables (one for 6 people, the other for 4 people), a parasol and a plancha grill.
- A garden shed where the garden furniture is stored.

The swimming pools are open all year round, except from 24 November to 20 December. The opening of the swimming pools is subject to the decisions of the residence.
